Our Story

We didn't start with a massive restaurant empire. We started in 2018 with a single food trailer and a simple mission: to deliver the ultimate food experience using fresh, homemade ingredients.

That Guy's Bistro was born out of a love for hearty, satisfying "bistro-style" comfort food. Over the years, the Central Oregon community rallied behind our signature Filly sandwiches, loaded fries, wraps and great burgers. Today, we're proud to serve you from our flagship brick-and-mortar in Bend and our mobile food trucks in Redmond and Sunriver. Our footprint has grown, but our commitment to curing your cravings hasn't changed a bit.
