At That Guy’s Bistro, we want you to be a part of our culinary journey. We opened our food trailer in 2018. Since then we have been serving up a wide selection of Bistro style food and of course, our  Signature Filly’s (open face sando). Now in three locations in Bend & Redmond with a restaurant and two food trucks. We’re the perfect spot for families, groups, and anyone else craving fresh homemade fare.
